We make every effort to ensure all of our products shown on our website are in stock. However, in the event of us not having something on hand we will contact you and offer a refund or a later delivery.
Credit card orders are processed securely by Barclaycard and PayPal. Willow Lifestyle LTD does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.

Delivery will be sent via Royal Mail signed for. The standard cost for purchases £6.95. Please note this cost only applies to the UK mainland.
We aim to process orders the same day, although at high volume times it may take longer. Our shipping bracket is that you will receive your item (s) if they are in stock within 7-10 working days.
FURNITURE ITEMS IN STOCK
In stock items can usually be delivered to selected UK locations and should be expected in 30 days from receipt of order and confirmed payment. However, all furniture items will require you to call the shop for a delivery quote.
Our standard delivery cost is subject to quotation to locations within our van delivery area. Locations that are outside our van delivery area are subject to quotation for delivery occasionally via third party carriers. Please call us on 01590 670000 before you place your order so that we can advise you on cost and time scale.
FURNITURE ITEMS TO ORDER
Furniture items that are shown to order/out of stock are subject to our production times or order times from our suppliers. We will advise you shortly after placing your order over the telephone of the time frame for furniture items. This is usually within 8 – 10 weeks but in the case of special or unique items may take a little longer. If items are out of stock we will advise you as to when we can expect to receive the relevant stocks. We will always endeavour to despatch your orders as soon as possible and will keep in contact with you should there be any changes.
In the event you are not happy with your purchase from us, (its unlikely, but we know these things can happen) we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned in its original packaging in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. However, unfortunately we are unable to reimburse postage costs. If you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information regarding returns.
If you have purchased something from us in store we are happy to give you a refund for purchases under £100 as long as it is returned to us, along with you recipt, within 28 days and is in a re saleable condition. Alternatively you are welcome to an exchange or a credit note. For more information on our shop returns do not hesitate to contact us.
