We make every effort to ensure all of our products shown on our website are in stock. However, in the event of us not having something on hand we will contact you and offer a refund or a later delivery.
Credit card orders are processed securely by Barclaycard and Stripe. Willow Lifestyle LTD does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.

Please note that pictures may not be to exact scale; always check dimensions. Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible; however, as with all photography there may be some variation.
Small items will be sent via Royal Mail signed for. The standard cost of shipping is £5.95. Please note this cost only applies to the UK mainland. We aim to process orders the same day, although at high volume times it may take longer. Our shipping bracket is that you will receive your item (s) if they are in stock within 7-10 working days max
Large items delivery is priced at £15 and is sent via Royal Mail, UK mainland only
Furniture items are sent via a one man or two man team depending on the item. One man delivery is an option for items such as dining chairs, side tables etc. Two man delivery should be selected if you order a large piece of furniture such as a dining table of chest of draws. All deliveries are dependant on location, you will be asked to enter your postcode on check out which will determine your delivery cost.
Occasionally it may be that we can not deliver the item ourselves, either because our supplier has the capability to ship to you directly or that you are logistically to far away. In this case you will be contacted directly and a pallet service will be arranged, this consists of a curbside drop.
FURNITURE TO ORDER
Furniture items that are shown are subject to our production times or order times from our suppliers. We will advise you shortly after placing your order over the telephone or via email of the time frame for furniture items. This is usually anywhere within 4 – 10 weeks depending on your item. In the case of special or unique items may take a little longer. If items are out of stock we will advise you as to when we can expect to receive the relevant stock. We will always endeavour to despatch your orders as soon as possible and will keep in contact with you should there be any changes.
In the event you are not happy with your purchase from us, (its unlikely, but we know these things can happen) we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned in its original packaging in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. However, unfortunately we are unable to reimburse postage costs. If you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information regarding returns.
If you are returning furniture it must be in an unused, new condition, subject to our inspection. You will also be responsible for paying for the return of the item(s)
If you have purchased something from us in store we are happy to give you a refund for purchases under £100 as long as it is returned to us, along with you receipt, within 28 days and is in a re saleable condition. Alternatively you are welcome to an exchange or a credit note. For more information on our shop returns do not hesitate to contact us.
