Why use an Interior Designer?

At Willow Lifestyle we love creating down to earth, liveable interiors that are both comfortable and stylish. We’re perhaps known for our refined rustic house style, although we pride ourselves on working on briefs that cover all tastes, property requirements and budgets. We really listen to your ideas and will inspire you with options and possibilities to get the most out of your home. Our friendly, open approach is complemented by years of experience with furniture, fabrics, colour and space planning and our team, lead by award winning interior designer Jean, will guide you through the huge range of choices. Our Approach

Meet

Our initial meeting will be an informal chat through your thoughts and requirements. At this stage there is no obligation from the client side. We can find out about your ideas and lifestyle so we can create something that’s completely unique to you. We work with clients who have a strong sense of personal style but aren’t quite sure how to put things together as well as those who don’t have a clue and anything in between hence our approach is really flexible. As each project is so individual at this point we’ll send you a written proposal of fees and services, budget and a timeline for you to agree, as well as a general look/feel for the space.

Design

From a detailed brief and full site survey of measurements and photographs we’ll produce as required; layouts, furniture selections from our huge range of trade manufacturers and suppliers, colour schemes, samples of fabrics and materials and a breakdown of costs. We really welcome feedback at this stage and will work with you until you’re completely happy with the design. Once the design has been signed off and a deposit requested all technical drawings and specifications will be drafted to enable the design to go into production.

Implement

Crucial to the success of a project, we’ll take care of the whole process coordinating our trusted suppliers and skilled craftspeople right up to delivery and placement within your home. Whether it’s a new pair of curtains, or furnishing and styling an entire property, we’ll be on hand all the way to make sure things run smoothly. We can both recommend and coordinate trusted tradespeople or work with your chosen contractor.

Fees

Each project is different and will have it’s own bespoke fee structure according to services required. As a guide we start at £350 for a one-room redesign.
